Please note, as per Paragraph 27E, Building Standards, that the industry does not require a “perfect” product and that certain imperfections and tolerances shall pass without objection in the industry and are acceptable within the building trades. Items not listed on this walkthrough list or additional items subsequent to closing may be considered as move in damage, normal wear and tear, or maintenance items as defined in the Quality Warranty manual.
