Yes. The team can review your homesite, talk through permitting and site conditions, and help match the right floor plan or custom design to the property.
Can I ask about available homes, single lots, or quick move-in options?
Yes. Use the Available Communities route and include the location or home you are interested in so the sales team can confirm current availability and next steps.
Can I talk through floor plans before choosing a community?
Yes. Share the floor plans, features, or bedroom and bath needs you are considering, and the team can help narrow options that fit your homesite, lifestyle, and budget.
Do you work outside Chesapeake?
Yes. Virginia Builders works across Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Cape Charles, the Eastern Shore, and select Hampton Roads homesites.
How quickly will someone follow up?
During normal sales hours, the team aims to respond the same business day. Inquiries received after hours are typically reviewed the next business day.
